SCRANTON — A woman from Scranton surrendered to police after being accused of using a stolen credit card to rack up $6,000 in purchases.

Emilia Policare, 25, was working at Arcaro’s Pizza in Taylor when police say she took credit card information from a customer and used the credit card information to buy things online and in stores.

Authorities said the thefts began in April.

She is charged with forgery, access device fraud, theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception, and receiving stolen property.

Policare is locked up with bail set at $5,000.
