WEST BRUNSWICK TOWNSHIP -- Police in Schuylkill County have filed charges against two people for the Palm Sunday crash that killed two young girls as they were leaving church.
The 17-year-old driver of the car that hit their vehicle now faces charges of speeding and reckless driving.
Also the mother of the two young victims, Victoria Place of Minersville, faces summary charges for pulling into the path of the other vehicle.
