WILKES-BARRE — A man from New York is locked up on drug charges in Luzerne County.
Jemal Smith, 24, of Manhattan, New York was nabbed before 5 p.m. Tuesday.
Police in Wilkes-Barre tell us he was picked up during a drug raid at a home on Nicholson Street.
