MOUNT CARBON — Fire officials in Schuylkill County don’t know what sparked an early morning fire at a vacant home.
Crews arrived just after 3:00 a.m Tuesday at a home on Center Street in Mount Carbon near Pottsville.
The fire chief tells us the house was vacant, and that the cause of the fire was undetermined.
A fire marshal is expected at the scene later Tuesday in Schuylkill County.
