BEAVER MEADOWS — A murder suspect from Montgomery County was arrested Monday afternoon in Carbon County, according to U.S. Marshals.
The Marshals say Andre Collier, 26, was arrested along Coxeville Road in Beaver Meadows. Collier is wanted on charges including First-Degree Murder for a shooting death that happened in May outside Pottstown.
Earlier in the afternoon, authorities believed that Collier was inside an apartment on Alter Street in Hazleton. Officers blocked off the street for a time until they were sure that the suspect was not inside.
