A woman from Union County was killed and her husband seriously injured in a crash in Virginia.
Carol and Donald Metzler of Allenwood were driving north on Interstate 295 outside Richmond Saturday morning, when their tractor trailer went off the road and overturned.
Carol was thrown from the rig and killed.
Virginia State Police said neither person was wearing a seatbelt.
Donald Metzler is charged with reckless driving.
