PLAINS TOWNSHIP — After hearing two days of testimony, a Luzerne County judge will decide if the owners of the Woodlands Inn and Resort will be able to keep their liquor license.

In May, the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board said it would not renew the Woodland’s liquor license because of violations dating back to the late 1980s.

The business near Wilkes-Barre is currently operating with a conditional license under a temporary court order.

It is not clear when a ruling will be handed down by the Luzerne County judge hearing the case.
