SMITHFIELD TOWNSHIP — A man died in a crash in Monroe County Tuesday night.
State police say Thomas Frame, 47, of East Stroudsburg was killed when he lost control of his car and hit some trees.
It happened around 11 p.m. Tuesday on Marshalls Creek Road near East Stroudsburg.
Frame was declared dead at the scene by the Monroe County coroner.
