LUZERNE COUNTY — Part of an interstate highway shut down by a fire is now open in Luzerne County.
According to PennDOT, Interstate 80 east was closed between the Mountain Top/Hazleton exit (262) and the White Haven/Freeland exit (273) because of a truck fire.
Crews were able to put out the fire and reopen the highway before 3 p.m.
