WILLIAMSPORT — Police say a domestic dispute in Lycoming County ended in gunfire and sent a man to the hospital Monday night.
It happened just before 6 p.m. in the parking lot of Saint John’s Newberry United Methodist Church off Newberry Street.
Police say Christina Emerick, 23, of Williamsport shot Christopher Downs five times.
Officers say Downs is recovering in the hospital.
Emerick is locked up on attempted homicide charges.
