WAYNE TOWNSHIP- State police are investigating a deadly crash that happened near Schuylkill Haven around 9 Friday night.
Investigators say the car Daniel Wenrich of Pine Grove was riding in swerved to avoid hitting a deer, and then hit a tree on Long Run Road.
The driver of the car was not injured.
Police say Wenrich died at the scene.
The road was closed for about three hours while authorities investigated the crash.
