DICKSON CITY — A man who allegedly ripped off people he worked for turned himself in to police in Lackawanna County after Newswatch 16 reported the story earlier Friday.
Peter Lamandre walked into Dickson City police headquaters around 10 p.m Friday to face charges.
Lamandre owns Better By Design Realty in the borough.
Several people from around the country who own property in Luzerne and Lackawanna counties say that Lamandre was hired as their property manager.
They accuse Lamandre of pocketing rent money he collected from tenants.
