Flyers have been posted all over various parts of Lackawanna County, asking for help locating 24-year old Frank Bonacci.
His friends gathered once again at Buono Pizza in Greenridge Plaza in Scranton to send out search parties and post flyers along the way.
“We concerned, we just want Frankie home,” said Gino Piccolino. “That`s the major objective, we`re not implying that anything happened, all we know is he`s missing, he has to come home, his parents are a mess, his grandparent are a mess.”
Dunmore police say Bonacci was reported missing after being last seen Saturday morning.
His friends say Bonacci was at a party here in the 1400 block of Linden Street Friday night.
He left the party the next morning to go to work but never showed up.
“I was one of the first to see where he was because he didn`t show up to work and that`s not like him at all so I went up to his house and noticed his jeep wasn`t there,” said Patrick Van Wie.
A Dunmore officer involved in the investigation says he knows Bonacci personally and says this disappearance is not in Bonacci`s nature.
Friends say Bonacci would never take off and not make contact for days.
“He`s such a family oriented person that for somebody like him just to leave his family in the dark like this is unheard of you know,” said Patrick.
“His mother is disabled, Frankie`s been known to take care of her, he just would not leave,” said Patrick’s brother, Joseph Van Wie.
Dunmore police say Wednesday cadaver dogs and searchers on ATV’s checked wooded areas throughout the county.
Bonacci`s friends say they are holding out hope but they are becoming desperate.
“He hasn`t used his bank cards, the last testimony or eyewitnesses that saw him is at 7 so we`re working at that timeline, after that there`s no substantial leads from the point he left that party,” said Joseph.
