WILLIAMSPORT -- A man is in the hospital and another is in custody following a stabbing in Williamsport, according to police.
The attack happened in the 1500 block of Memorial Avenue just before 10:00 Thursday night.
Authorities said the 42-year-old victim is alive after being rushed to the hospital, but they have not released his name or condition.
Officers also have not given the name of the man in custody, but do say both men live in the city.
Williamsport police are trying to figure out what led to the stabbing.
