Officials: 10,000 Fish Dead In Lake Ariel

LAKE ARIEL --- Officials with Pennsylvania's Fish and Boat commission say they are investigating a fish kill at a lake in Wayne County.

Authorities believe about 10,000 fish are dead in Lake Ariel.

They say the dead fish are mostly minnows but some larger game fish are also dead.

The Department of Environmental Protection also took water samples from Lake Ariel.
