CARBONDALE --- A man from Lackawanna County is locked up in Lackawanna County after police charged him with allegedly raping a 14-year old girl.
Police arrested Spencer Swingle, 41, of Carbondale Tuesday night.
Swingle is accused of repeatedly raping the teenager in his home between 2008 and 2009.
Swingle is locked up in the Lackawanna County prison and is facing multiple charges which include, involuntary deviant sexual assault, sexual assault, corruption of minors, endangering the welfare of children and indecent exposure.
