If the recent 90 degree temperatures had you feeling a bit droopy, imagine what it did to your outdoor plants!

Newswatch 16`s Ryan Leckey spoke to some garden experts to help revive your landscaping.

"One huge problem we`re hearing with the gardens this year is fungus problems, especially related to the heat. E-rot, powdery mildew combined with the heat," said garden expert Matt Kluger

"One way to remedy that is fungicides.  You have organic and non-organic.  Some products would be rot stop for tomatoes. Your copper fungicides fungal for a non-organic treatment."

Kluger went on to say, "Another issue people might not know about this month are Japanese beetles. They kill your plants and kill your leaves.  One way to remedy them, for sprays there is the beetle killer.  For the traps, one thing you need to know about them is to place them as far away from your plants as possible because they are attracted to them."
