HONESDALE — A woman accused of trying to kill her husband could spend up to five years in prison.
Joanne Noll, 54, of Equinunk was sentenced Monday to 14 months to five years in prison on one count of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Noll entered a guilty plea in May.
Police said she shot James Noll at their home in Manchester Township in July of 2012.
She was also ordered to undergo drug and alcohol evaluation and mental health and anger management treatment and pay more than $29,000 in restitution.
