NICHOLSON -- A judge issued 17 months in federal prison to a man after he stole thousands of dollars from his employees.
Authorities tell us Charles Yaskulski, 43, of Nicholson took money out of employees' retirement funds while he worked as president for the Eagle Warranty Corporation. The business in Lackawanna County sells car warranty policies.
Authorities said Yaskulski stole about $16,000 and also failed to file tax returns in 2009.
Yaskulski was also ordered to pay restitution to former employees of Eagle Warranty and to the IRS.
