Woman Arrested After Stabbing In Berwick

BERWICK — Police took a woman into custody Wednesday night after a stabbing in Berwick.

It happened just before 7:30 p.m at a home on Green Street in the city.

Police say Siesha Lane, 28, stabbed her roommate, Jamillah Hutt, 27, with a large kitchen knife.

Hutt is currently listed in critical condition after undergoing surgery at the hospital.

Lane was arrested and is facing assault charges.

Police say Lane will be formally arraigned Thursday morning after the stabbing in Berwick.
