DALLAS TOWNSHIP — Police in Luzerne County say a man from Benton was killed when his car collided with a logging truck in the back mountain.
The crash happened Tuesday before 12:30 p.m. in Dallas Township.
Police say Galen Waltman, 76, of Benton, failed to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of Lake Street and Carpenter Road, and smashed into the truck.
