WILKES-BARRE — Newswatch 16 found crews working on a splash pad, delayed by problems in Wilkes-Barre.
Officials with the city of Wilkes-Barre say a company from Harrisburg installed the splash pad at the Coal Street Park incorrectly last year.
New contractors are repairing the splash pad.
Officials say it could be the end of the month before the splash pad opens.
