WILLIAMSPORT — Police arrested a man for a Fourth of July shooting in Lycoming County.
Derrick Moyer, 19, of Williamsport is now charged with attempted homicide in connection with a shooting.
Police think Moyer and another man shot into a crowd of people on Elmira Street.
Police say Moyer hit one person then shot himself by accident.
