BERWICK -- A man is behind bars in Columbia County accused of theft.
Police said John Antonelli broke into a home along West Second Street in Berwick around 10 a.m. Tuesday.
Officers claim he removed an air conditioner from a window and crawled into the home.
Authorities said Antonelli admitted he was there to steal things in order to support his drug habit. He is charged with burglary and criminal trespass.
