Former Penn State University President, Graham Spanier notified Attorney Louis Freeh that he intends to sue him for slander and defamation.

Tomorrow is the one year anniversary of the Freeh Report, a critical analysis of Spanier's role in the Jerry Sandusky sex abuse scandal.

The report was initiated by the Penn State Board Of Trustees to pin down what exactly happened over a 15-year-period, when Sandusky abused eight children on Penn State's campus while he served as an assistant football coach.

A judge sentenced Sandusky to at least 30 years in state prison after he was found guilty of 45 of the 48 counts against him.

The NCAA imposed unprecedented sanctions on the University’s football program.
