WILKES-BARRE — Police in Luzerne County have filed an arrest warrant for a suspect in a deadly shooting over the weekend.
Police say they are looking for Joshua Ovalles.
Investigators say he shot and killed Vaughn Kemp after an argument around 1:30 a.m. Sunday .
In arrest papers, it says a large group was involved in the fight that started outside the house on South Grant Street in Wilkes-Barre.
That’s when a witness says Ovalles fired the shot that killed Vaughn.
