EAST STROUDSBURG — A 10-year-old girl who was pulled from the bottom of a pool in Monroe County on July 4 has died.
Lifeguards at Dansbury Park Pool in East Stroudsburg found the child motionless on the bottom of the pool around 7 p.m. on Thursday.
The girl was flown to Lehigh Valley Hospital where she passed away Sunday.
The girl and her family were visiting the area from the Bronx, New York.
