KIDDER TOWNSHIP — A man is locked up in Carbon County for allegedly endangering a young girl.
Police arrested William Nithschman, 61, of Albrightsville on Wednesday. Officers accuse him of assaulting a 9-year-old girl in June.
Authorities said the incidents happened at his home between June 15 and June 30.
He faces three felony charges of indecent assault, corruption of minors, and endangering the welfare of a child.
