LOCK HAVEN — A holiday tragedy in Clinton County.
The coroner tells Newswatch 16 two people drowned Thursday afternoon in the Susquehanna River in Lock Haven.
According to the coroner, Roland Richmond, 58, and Alecia Frye, 50, died. Both were from Lock Haven.
