SOUTH STERLING --- The Wayne County coroner has identified the man whose body was found Tuesday night in a creek.

He's been identified as Joseph Mulligan, 63,  from Newfoundland.

The coroner blames a heart condition for his cause of death.

State Police say two boys found his body near route 191 in South Sterling behind the Up A Creek Inn.

Mulligan was reported missing from a personal care home in Wayne County last month.
