ALBANY TOWNSHIP — State police in Bradford County say they have filed sex charges against a boy who they believe sexually assaulted a girl with cerebral palsy.
Troopers have already filed charges against Richard and Mary Beth Frankenfield.
They believe the couple locked the girl in a makeshift cage and a closet in their home near New Albany.
State police say the Frankefields told them they did it to protect the girl from getting into things.
