NEWFOUNDLAND — The search is still on in Wayne County for a man who has been missing since last week.
Troopers say 63-year-old Joseph Mulligan walked out of Woodview Terrace Personal Care Home near Newfoundland Tuesday.
Authorities say the man with dementia is 5 feet 9 inches, about 150 pounds and has grey hair.
He was last seen in a black sweater and blue pants.
