DICKSON CITY -- Food lovers in Lackawanna County pounded down ribs to raise money for a special cause.
Here at Texas Roadhouse in Dickson City, two Dickson City firefighters faced off against two employees at the restaurant to see who could tackle more ribs.
The workers were chowing down for the Susan B. Koman foundation.
The firefighters were eating for Alex`s Lemonade.
"Get together, eat a bunch of ribs and then we donate 10% of the sales back to the winner`s charity of choice," said Denise Harding, a worker at Texas Roadhouse.
In the end the firefighters were the victors, defeating the employees by four rib bones.
