MOOSIC -- A man is in custody in Lackawanna County after police said he fired shots at another man.
Moosic Police said it happened at a home on Kreig Avenue just before midnight Wednesday night.
Officers said two men were fighting when James Hennigan, 46, of Moosic shot at the other man but missed.
He faces assault charges and is locked up in Lackawanna County jail.
