SCRANTON — A man accused of setting two fires in Scranton is behind bars tonight.
According to court documents, Edward Toney faces multiple counts of arson. Investigators said Toney set a fire in the back of Granteed’s Pizza on Mulberry Street on June 4.
That same day someone set fire to the porch of a vacant home in the 700 block of Vine Street.
In both incidents police claim video cameras captured Toney either setting the fire or leaving the area of the fire in Scranton.
