Abington Heights held a two-hour indoor practice on Monday at the high-school in preparation for their 5pm game on Tuesday night in Pine Grove against the defending AAA state champions from West York.
The Comets are coming off victories against the District IV champion Jersey Shore and the District 11 champs from Tamaqua.
