Starting Thursday, PennDOT said a bridge over the Delaware River linking Wayne County with New York State will be down to one lane. That will continue through 2016.
PennDOT said an emergency project repairing the Route 652 Narrowsburg Bridge was beginning Thursday. For several weeks, a flag person will limit traffic from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday to Friday and from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturdays. After that a permanent lane restriction will be in place with a traffic signal. That will last for three years.
