SELINSGROVE -- A little girl in Snyder County may not be getting the tree house she wants.
The Selinsgrove Zoning Board voted unanimously Thursday night to have JC Carlson remove a partially built tree house from his property.
Last month, we showed you the controversy.
Carlson started building the tree house for his daughter's birthday.
That's when officials told Carlson he needed a building permit, and the tree house violated the borough's zoning laws.
Hundreds of students in the girl's school signed a petition in support of keeping the tree house, but the zoning board disagreed.
Carlson and his attorney plan to appeal the decision here in Snyder County.
