DICKSON CITY — A man from Lackawanna County turned himself in Wednesday on assault charges after police say he ran over his girlfriend with his car.
Officers say James Bannon was arguing with the woman Sunday on Morgan Street in Dickson City when he pulled out of the driveway, dragged her, and then ran over her.
The woman suffered several broken bones.
Bannon is locked up in the Lackawanna County Prison.
