SCRANTON -- Three cars crashed early Saturday morning on Moosic Street in Scranton.
A white car hit two others. One car wound up on its roof.
Police believe the driver of the white car is responsible. He got out and ran away before police got there.
Moosic street was closed for a while overnight.
