KINGSTON — A teenager who police say crashed his vehicle into a car dealership in Luzerne County has surrendered to police.

Authorities charged Tyler Troth, 18, Friday morning in Kingston with driving under the influence.

In March, officers say Troth, a student at Wyoming Valley West, hit Del Balso Ford on Market Street in Kingston.
