SCRANTON -- A judge in Lackawanna County has decided the punishment for a high school student who threatened to blow up two high schools.

A judge on Wednesday ruled Torre Scrimalli's record will be cleared since the Scrimalli, 18, paid restitution and performed community service.

The Scranton Prep senior made an online threat to blow up Holy Cross and Mid Valley High Schools in February.

Police in Lackawanna County charged him with making terroristic threats.
