SCRANTON — A man accused of robbing a bank and getting into a standoff with police pleaded guilty Thursday in Lackawanna County.

Authorities said Shane Savage robbed the Wells Fargo Bank along Meadow Avenue in Scranton in February.

Police say Savage then held them at bay at the Moosic Motor Inn along Birney Avenue later that night.
