JERMYN -- Police in Lackawanna County arrested a man for allegedly sexually assaulting a 7-year-old girl who suffers from autism.
Jermyn police arrested Stanley Maciuska, 62, from Clifford Township, Susquehanna County.
Police said on April 29, 2013, they received information that the child made a complaint to school personnel regarding being sexually assaulted.
Maciuska was subsequently arrested on Wednesday and charged with indecent assault of a minor, among other charges.
Maciuska is locked up in Lackawanna County prison on $75,000 bail.
