Croissant French Toast
1 large Croissant, split
3 eggs
2/3 cup of milk
2 tablespoons sugar
salt to taste
1 1/2 Teaspoon Vanilla
Grind fresh nutmeg to taste.
tablespoon cinnamon
Whisk together.
Pour into pan, let croissant soak in mixture overnight in refrigerator.
Fry on the griddle.
Serve hot with real maple syrup.
