SCRANTON — A man charged with child sex crimes was picked up by police Thursday.
Patrick Tighe, 55, was arrested last year on charges he attacked a 15-year-old girl.
He was released on bail earlier this month and then, according to police, Tighe violated parole by contacting the alleged victim.
