TUNKHANNOCK TOWNSHIP — A passenger in a pickup truck was killed Wednesday after the truck lost control in the heavy rain in Wyoming County, according to police.
The crash happened around 9:30 p.m. on Route 92 in Tunkhannock Township.
The coroner said Thomas Gruen, 46, of Tunkhannock died later at a hospital in Scranton.
Tunkhannock Township police are investigating the crash.
Gruen was an EMT for an ambulance company in the Tunkhannock area.
