LOCK HAVEN -- A man will spend nearly two years behind bars in a death case involving drugs in Clinton County.
A judge sentenced Wade Merrill Monday. Authorities said Merrill was one of three people who smoked a prescription painkiller with Bobby Wise at a home in Lock Haven last year.
Wise got sick and died.
Police said Merrill and two others carried Wise out of the home and left him on a sidewalk instead of calling Clinton County 911.
