ROSS TOWNSHIP — State police in Monroe County got more than they bargained for while checking out reports of someone destroying a house in Ross Township, near Saylorsburg.
When they went into the home, troopers said they found blood, broken furniture, and stuff all over the place.
Justin Barbera was inside. Barbera allegedly started yelling at the troopers, tried to punch them, and he pushed one of them into a dresser.
State police said Barbera would not go willingly after being told he was under arrest.
One trooper had to wrestle him to the ground.
Troopers in Monroe County tased Barbera and were finally able to take him into custody.
