SYRACUSE, N.Y. — A man wanted on charges stemming from a homicide in Scranton was caught in Syracuse, N.Y., according to Syracuse police.
Ryan Harding, 18, surrendered to police after he was spotted in a Syracuse neighborhood.
Harding is wanted in connection with the shooting death of Rahsan Crowder, a Lackawanna College student, earlier this month in Scranton.
Scranton police arrested three other people in connection with the homicide.
Authorities said Harding is now in the custody of U.S. Marshals.
